Taking myself out for a nice late-night restaurant treat... A caprese salad and some good bread, a quiet relaxing atmosphere with some lazy country tunes playing somewhere in the background. And mmm, the fresh mozzerella and tomatoes are lightly salted, just as I like 'em :-)
