Sacramento Train Museum

One of the highlights of the museum is a train ride in an open-air car, which takes you up the river a ways, and then demonstrates the switching of the engine from the front to the rear of the train. Here are

The museum is in the old train station, which itself is in Old Sacramento. Here is one of the historic-style buildings:
