Legume flour baking! :)

Reclaiming baking this afternoon with some legume-flour recipes.

Yay = batter made of chickpea flour, zucchini, banana, eggs, golden raisins and pecans.

Scream = spilling half of said batter on the floor.

Fortunately gravehearted is here to remind me to breathe, and the remaining batter is now cooking away in the oven.
