Arriving in Belize

Mom and I are taking a few day's vacation together in Belize, which is a beautiful tangle of lush vegetation and winding riverways.

We are staying 4 miles north of downtown, away from the cruise ship bustle, at a tranquil inn called Villa Boscardi. I am totally in love with my room:
