Ok, 4 baths in a day is Just. Too. Many.

No, I'm not suddenly going obsessive-compulsive.

Bath #1 - Woke up, took one.
Bath #2 - Cleaned kitchen, felt grimy, took one. Joined by Emmett, bath bomb, and cat.
Bath #3 - One thing led to another and Emmett & I migrated to the bed. Needed 3rd bath.
Bath #4 - Looked in mirror, realized that hair was messy from bed and steam, took 4th.

Am now presentable to see clients at 5pm. Or will be once my hair dries.

(No, the cat did not get into the tub. But she likes to hover around the periphery).

(A bath bomb is a pastel ball of this stuff that fizzes when put in water. This one was avocado scented. Supposedly. The cat was entranced by it :-)

I've been averaging 2-3 baths daily, plus a morning shower, without recreational bed use or messy hair so it doesn't sound obsessive to me.

True. Well, I'll amend my point to "4 baths a day are just too many for Geri." 4 baths a day is a perfectly luxurious and reasonable number for Ellie, for whom they are a wonderful soothing and recreational pastime. (M'self, 2 is quite enough in a day... aside from the rare occasions when I get to use the hot tubs at Kiva! Then the sky's the limit :-)

Clean is good. And so long as you enjoyed it. *smile*

And cats believe everything they can see belongs to them. It is their nature. My current cat tends to stand (or lay if I take too long) outside the shower. I am never sure if it isn't really about wanting to find out what I did so wrong that I am getting so wet. *grin*
