...especially since he made them.

emmett_the_sane's mom brought over some eggplants and tomatoes from her garden yesterday, and so Emmett set about turning the tomatoes into sundried tomatoes. Well, not precisely sundried - he uses the oven. They are equally yummy.

Wow! That's a great idea. Something else I can do with all the tomatoes from my garden.
